Porcher J. , 2015. Animal Work. In Kalof L. (ed). The Oxford Handbook of Animal Studies. Online Publication. Book : 2016

This chapter proposes a concept of animal work, and argues that there is a subjective involvement of animals in work and intersubjective relations between humans and animals at work.
